To promote aviation in taylor county, Texas, and surrounding counties; provide education of civil and military aviation's role and history; to promote and support the growth and continued operation of dyess air force base; to provide support and assistance in the hosting of airshows and aeronautic displays, including the dyess BIG Country airfest; and to fund, distribute, receive, and maintain a fund or funds of real personal or other property and to use and apply same to support and promote such efforts.
