This corporation is a nonprofit benefit corporation and is not organized for theprivate gain of any person. It is organized under the nonprofit public benefitcorporation law for public and charitable purposes.the specific purpose of this corporation is to present to the world the rich musicalheritage of the Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra, to support the day-to-day activities of the Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra, to provide youth mentorship and training programs for future generations of musicians, and to launch long-term public relations and fundraising campaigns to finance all objectives above.
