Hawaii Pacific Neuroscience Foundation

The mission of the organization are: (a) to promote the health of the patient population in the state of Hawaii through the coordination of services ancillary to the patient's medical care and provide assistance to patients who are otherwise unable to afford such services; (b)to promote the health of the general public through lifestyle, wellness and nutrition education; (c) to provide education and support for persons suffering from neurological diseases; (d) to provide a forum for the exchange of knowledge pertaining to neurological diseases; and (e) to be organized exclusively for chaitable, religious and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
