PETT is a membership organization that represents a line of business, namely, companies that are manufacturers and distributors of Electronic-collar devices. These devices are used to train dogs by providing a static stimulus to elicit or reinforce their behavior. PETT's goal is to cause its members to design, develop, manufacture, and distribute humane, balanced Training systems that improve the quality of life of pets. PETT's related goals are the improvement and enhancement of communication, bonding between pets and their owners, and providing up-to-date Training and user guides to enable owners to effectively, responsibly, and humanely use Training systems.
