To raise funds for the students of Brother Rice High School and to solicit, receive, and maintain a fund or funds of real or personal property, or both, and, subject to the limitations and provisions set forth below, to use and apply the whole or any part of the income there from and the principal thereof exclusively to support, foster, promote, and enhance the educational programs and facilities of Brother Rice High School, inc., an Illinois not for profit corporation.
