Beta-Omicron House Corporation

(a) to promote the welfare of students and former studtents of institutions of higher learning, particularly (but not limited to) memebers of the Beta-Omicron chapter of the kappa sigma fraternity at the university of Denver. (b) to rent, occupy, operate and/or manage real estate, personal property, interest in real or personal property and tangible and intangible rights and interst of any kind, soley for the benefit of the members of the kappa sigma fraternity and other associate stakeholders of the university of Denver. (c) to take conveyances and to accept gifts of property, franchises, licenses and other rights. (d) act as an intermediary between the members of the Beta-Omicron chapter of the kappa sigma fraternity at the university of Denver and the university of Denver itself.
