Orlando Philharmonic Plaza Foundation Inc

The Orlando Philharmonic Plaza foundation, inc. (the organization") is a Florida nonprofit corporation recently formed. The organization has been established and is to be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended from time to time (the "code"). The organization shall at all times be operated exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the charitable and educational purposes of a class of "qualified organizations" described in code section 501(c)(3) and code section 509(a)(1) or (2) that are engaged in the performing arts in the Orlando, Florida area. The organization shall promote the growth and appreciation of music and other performing arts by engaging in various activities, including, without limitation, providing contributions and other resources to qualified organizations engaged in the performing arts in the Orlando, Florida area.
