Mission Emanuel

Mission Emanuel (a nonprofit organization) is located in spartanburg, south carolina. Mission Emanuel(the organization) helps churches, schools, and similar organizations in the United States to broaden and deepen their respective constituents' sense of responsibility to the impoverished of their communities and of the world. The organization's primary vehicle to accomplish this is that of facilitating short-term Mission trips to the dominican republic. There, the participants help by building churches, schools and homes; by helping children gain an education through child sponsorship programs; by providing medical, dental and psychology services; by providing clean water; and by providng community services and employment opportunities.
