The organization provides an environment that fosters and nutures the attributes of a sound mind and sound body leading to successful healthy and well rounded young ladies. We provide training for young ladies ages six through eighteen to learn gymnastics as a means to learn life skills in a health competitive environment. Our competitive program is built on long-term skill development with the intentional slowing down of our gymnasts learning curve providing the necessary time to develop and perfect gynmastic skills in a safe, logical, progessive order with recommended limits to trianing hours. Our program focuses on a balance of time for school responsibilities, family activities, and outside life with friends. We train young ladies to learn that life is about all experiences and balancing sports, with all their other responsibilities.
