This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable activities (within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code) benefiting, performing the functions of, and carrying out the purposes of roxbury tenants of harvard association, inc., a Massachusetts non-profit corporation, including, without limitation, the acquisition, ownership and operation of real property to further and support the activities, functions and purposes of roxbury tenants of harvard association, inc.
