Arizona Residents Council (ARC) was formed to empower Arizona citizens who want their elected representatives in government to pursue an agenda of job creation and economic expansion. The primary purpose of the Arizona Residents Council will be to engage in grassroots lobbying and issue advocacy to encourage local governments to embrace free market principals and reforms.
