The Organization's mission is to serve the New York State Counties of Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, and Onondaga in the following ways: to provide funding for cancer research and education, raise awareness in order to advance cures or aid in treatments, aid those currently suffering, promote prevention and early detection, and help guide and advocate for families and patients battling all types of cancers; to provide support to Child Life Programs located in charitable facilities such as hospitals, foundations, and/or treatment centers, provide funding for equipment to charitable hospitals, foundations, Hospices, and other charitable treatment centers, and offer grants and financial assistance to individuals or families in crisis displaying a need. We will develop a cancer hotline to aid in advocacy and promote knowledge and awareness of cancer care that include whereabouts of available treatment facilities.
