Our mission is public service and multicultural diversity - through information, education and the arts. The goal is to bring significant programming to under-represented groups in rockville md, a city with a substantial population of Chinese americans. Our mission is to serve local Chinese American Community, promote Chinese traditional culture, support or organize local cultural performances, educational programs, forums, internet, visual and audio programming. The objective is a programming presence within the larger Community where currently there is none. The mission is also to concurrently enhance and enrich broader audiences in the general Community.
