RFS Charitable Foundation

Provide mental health case management and substance abuse counseling to middle and high school students in the city of toledo and throughout northwest Ohio. The organization will provide after-school counseling services and work in conjunction with the juvenile treatment court for lucas county, Ohio to assist at-risk students in the city of toledo. The organization wil also offer tutoring services for students who struggle academically.
