PAN Cretan Chapter of Marin and Sonoma Counties Inc

To promote and develop social, ethnic and cultural relationship and mutuality among all of the cretans and their descendants residing in the north bay. To promote and develop education through scholarships and otherwise, to raise voluntary contributions and funds and to distribute such funds to legally recognized philanthropic institutions in the United States. To strengthen the sentiment of love and devotion for crete, the cradle of Western civilizations, and to inspire and encourage loyalty and devotion to each member to the laws and principles of the United States and the state of California, as well as to foster faith and devotion of the members to the Greek orthodox church. To provide a center for gathering, to promote the cultural and educational development of the members, and to provide a framework for recreational programs aimed at preserving Cretan traditions.
