Our goals are to reduce the drop-out rate, to promote leadership skills and to reduce the crime rate among our youth by teaching positive Character traits for a successful life. The program is unique because it is preventative by teaching students positive Character traits. The project will create a culture of high expectations, collaboration, respect and accountability. We will actively engage the students in their learning through high quality curriculum and excellent teaching by trained role models.
