NYP Community Services Inc

NYP Community Services, inc. (nypcs) is formed as a wholly- owned subsidiary of the New York and presbyterian hospital and shall be operated exclusively as a charitable corporation for the purposes of benefiting and supporting the New York and presbyterian hospital and affiliates. The corporation shall coordinate and support activities of organizations engaged in healthcare activities for the betterment of the general health of the communities served by them; promote and advance relationships between healthcare institutions; healthcare providers and the communities they serve; and foster and promote advances in the health care field and the growth and availability of quality health care Services.
