The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, education, religious or scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, as amended. The primary purpose of the corporation is to financially support the Greenfield Volunteer Fire Department of Greenfield, iowa, in its activities for the fire protection of the public citizenry in and around that municipality.
