The Foundation empowers coaches, parents, young athletes and key influencers enhancing mental health awareness by providing free on-demand training, seminars, presentations and accessible content. Our efforts include presentations, website resources, and social media engagement, featuring initiatives such as #TakeDownTheStigma for broad mental health awareness. By supporting aligned organizations and partnering with schools and mental health professionals we work to maximize community impact on mental wellness. Additionally, the Foundation continues to foster the sport of Wrestling.
