(a) to encourage economic growth across the city of Augusta/richmond county by providing expertise to and increasing coordination between public agencies and staff;(b) to support elected officials, city staff and non-profit agencies on an as-needed basis to evaluate proposed public/private partnerships;(c) to support team building and best practices for targeted groups including newly elected officials, neighborhood advocates, and clusters of public benefit organizations;(d) to champion catalytic development projects for which we will provide community information, rally public sector support, provide strategic planning assistance to the public sector and provide transaction services to the public sector and its agencies, acting solely for the public benefit and supporting the public good to achieve long term outcomes that benefit the fiscal health of the government without raising new taxes;(e)to provide transaction support for strategic priorities of the mayor and/or county commissio
