Positive Youth Development The primary purpose of Lone Star Schools is the intentional, pro-social engagement of youth within the Richmond Rosenberg, TX communities, Schools, organizations, peer groups, and families. Our goal is to offer opportunities that are productive and constructive and that recognizes, utilizes, and enhances young people's strengths. Collaboratively, this promotes positive outcomes for young people through fostering positive relationships, and furnishing the support needed to build on their leadership strengths.
