Mackinac Center Charitable Foundation

To receive and administer funds exclusively for the benefit of and further any and all Charitable, scientific, and educational activities in which the Mackinac Center, a Michigan nonprofit corporation (DBA Mackinac Center for Public Policy) now is and thereafter may become engaged, within and outside the State Of Michigan so long as the Mackinac Center is an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or comparable provisions of subsequent legislation.
