To increase communication among member institutions relative to computer Information systems, computer Services, professional development, and any other such Information germane to the performance of those duties and responsibilities generally accorded to Information Services. To increase cooperative efforts in both act and spirit, among member institutions in the development of effective Information systems. To promote and provide opportunities for professional development of said officers in member institutions theough such workshops, seminars, etc, as may best accomplish such ends.
