To establish, form, and operate a charitable organization that educates and trains caregivers and volunteers in order to ensure the elderly and the disabled receive quality care services within the Asian communities in the New York metropolitan area; to organize pro bono services that caregivers and volunteers help the elderly and the disabled within the communities; to maintain networking system for caregivers and volunteers so that the elderly and the disabled within the communities be properly assisted when needed
