The Livestock Institute of Southern New England Inc

(a) to provide education and training to the community in Southern New englandregarding humane and safe animal slaughtering techniques, processing of meat, andrelated matters, including via the operation of a slaughterhouse intended to demonstrate such techniques.(b)to provide resources and information to the community regarding economic and agricultural development andmanagement of resources.(c) to conduct programs, workshops and other forums for teaching.(d) to produce publications and materials to further the programs and educationalconcepts describedabove and(e) to engage in any activities in furtherance of the foregoing permissible to acorporation formed under chapter 180 of the Massachusetts general laws anddescribed by section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended
