Crete Athletic Booster Club Inc

The objects, purposes and powers of the corporation shall be to promote and increase interest in school athletics and endeavors; promote sportsmanship within and around the Crete, nebraska community and school district; assist and support participants, coaches and school officials at various Athletic events; encourage the Crete school system and Crete area community to become active supporters of the Athletic program; to facilitate greater understanding and involvement of Crete junior-senior high sports; to assist, plan, administer, organize or institute athetic events or fund raising projects to support Athletic events or programs; and to do and perform any and all other acts and duties permissible, required, feasible, useful or necessary under the laws of this state for the purposes set forth herein. Such corporation is being formed not for any pecuniary profit or financial gain to its members, officers, or directors.
