The organization was organized exclusively for charitable purposes. To raise monies for contributions to scholarships and other charitable purposes. Without limiting the generality of the organization the principle activities of the corporation shall include, but not limited to, honoring the memory of Alister c Mcgregor through granting of scholarships and the support of other charitable causes
