Medical Staff of ST Charles Hospital

The purpose of the organization shall be to: To provide accountability to the Board of Directors/Trustees of the St. Charles Hospital ("the Hospital") for services provided and rendered to all patients admitted to the Hospital or treated in the outpatient department maintaining a level of quality, safety and efficiency which is consistent with generally recognized standards of care, irrespective of age, sex, race, creed, color, national origin, blindness or source of payment, except for fiscal capability thereof and for any other legally protected category. To provide a means whereby issues concerning the Medical Staff and the Hospital may be discussed and resolved by authorized representatives of the Medical Staff with the Board of Trustees and the Chief Executive Officer.
