Believe in Dreams

Believe in Dreams mission is to fulfill Dreams of economically disadvantaged youth who have survived non-medical trauma by providing access to enriching opportunities, connection to community and hope for the future. We provide access to positive life experiences through a customized dream granted. Children are nominated by professional adults (counselors, social workers, teachers, coaches, etc.) that they work with who observe resilience and positive qualities in them. Examples of dream experiences have included enrollment in lessons or classes, attending events or activities for the first time, meeting or shadowing someone who inspires them, coverage of costs for activities or experiences previously not possible, or providing material items that remove barriers from reaching a life goal. Believe in Dreams empowers children to Believe in themselves, their Dreams and their futures.
