1-this league, was organized to develop and operate a football program in affiliation with pop warner little scholars, inc., in conformity with and pursuant to the principles, rules, and regulations enunciated by said pop warner little scholars, inc., to familiarize young participants with the fundamentals of football, cheer, and dance. To provide them with the opportunity to play in an organized and supervised environment and to teach them that academics and athletics should be joint communal efforts. As well as to seek to implant in the youth of the community the ideals of the good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, scholarship and reverence, so that they may be fine, stronger and happier youth who will grow to be good healthy adult's. 2-to achieve this, hyfc, inc. will provide a supervised program under the rules and regulations incorporated herein and referenced in any addendum to this document.
