The institute for Nonprofit Practice (INP) equips the nation's social impact leaders with the skills, resources, networks, and confidence to boldly advance their organizations and missions, creating a more equitable future for all. Through a suite of comprehensive leadership development programs, alumni engagement, thought leadership, and community convenings, INP trains and connects executives, managers, and emerging leaders nationwide in an effort to foster a more effective, interconnected, equitable, and diverse social impact sector.since INP's founding in 2007, the organization has responded to increased need and demand for its nationally recognized programming, and has expanded to serve more leaders, organizations, and communities. In Fiscal Year 2024, INP served a community of 4,294 students and alumni nationwide who are fueling the social sector in 45 States.
