The Corporation is organized exclusively for cultural and educational purposes to provide a platform fornetworking to the people who are natives of Karjisan village, Gujarat, India within the meaning of Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as Amended (the Code) including, for such purposes, the makingof distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c) (3) of the Code, orcorresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Law. The corporation is being organizedto engage only in activities that are exempt under Section 501 ( c) (3) of the Code and its activities shall belimited accordingly, so that it shall not engage (except as an insubstantial part of its activities) in activities that inthemselves are not in furtherance of one or more exempt purposes
