To create, form and establish an organization to provide assistance to dog owners having a difficult time caring for their dogs: to train and rehabilitate dogs in shelters to prepare them for successful adoptions; to disseminate information to the general public regarding animal rights and the proper care and treatment of dogs; to provide programs, forums and discussions regarding human /animal rights interaction: to stimulate interest and concern in the prevention of animal abuse and neglect; to organize pubic relations programs in the fight against cruelty to animals and to save domestic animals from being destroyed; to promote, foster and advance the proper care and treatment of dogs; to aid, assist, cooperate, CO-sponsor and otherwise engage in concerted action with various recognized organizations in fighting the abuse and neglect of dogs; to solicit, collect and otherwise raise funds and to expand,disburse and dispose of same to accomplish the above purposes.
