KTI Cemetery Association Inc

The organization owns, operates, manages and controls KTI Cemetery located in greenwich, connecticut (the Cemetery). Its purpose is to provide to the members of congregation kneses tifereth israel (kti) and their family members and such other Jewish persons as may be approved by its board with a burial place which is maintained in accordance with Jewish law and rituals and to engage in such other activities as shall be in furtherance of the objects for which the organization was organized. These other activities would include, among other things, collection and management of funds for the benefit of the Cemetery, the acquisition of property to carry out its purposes and the solicitation of funds and other assets to be used in support of the Cemetery's purpose.
