Chabad of Livingston Inc

The corporation will support, friendship circle New Jersey, inc. and lifetown, inc. in accomplishing their religious purposes, by articulating and ensuring to the fullest extent possible that the overarching religious requirements are established and maintained by the supported organizations. The overarching religious requirements are those of the orthodox Jewish faith, its tenets and practices, which shall be conducted under the spiritual and moral guidance of, and in accordance with the rules, regulations, conditions and restrictions set forth by the lubavitcher rebbe, rabbi menachem mendel schneerson, of blessed memory, and by his successors and representatives.
