To represent the members of the organization when discussing thefollowing matters with sherriff's Office: rules to govern discipline,promotions,working conditions job safety,training,benefits and wages. Alsoassist members with grievance arbitration;advocacy for safe workingconditons with sherriff's Office;advocate for and provide training andeducation of members in policies and procedures that the sherriff's officehas set forth for officers.
