Bylaws: article I, paragraph 2 to insure a summer age group swimming program in the central Virginia area for local swimmers to swim competitively and to provide a maximum opportunity for the greatest number to participate. We are a community athletic organization that provides a League for local swimmers to swim competitively in the summer. We have no employees and no officers are compensated. Swimmers participate in the League through their individual teams or clubs. We offer fee waivers to disadvantaged swimmers upon request by their sponsoring teams or clubs. We raise all of our own funds and frequently make donation to another local swim organization, ben hair--just swim for life, which is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization with a goal of teaching kids how to swim.
