The organization provided speakers of local and national status to speak at their monthly meetings about better living through a whole-food, Plant-Based diet. The organization presents at "lunch and learn" programs at universities and promote information about Plant-Based curriculum to medical professionals, community groups, and community events. The organization aslo has small pperson-to-personsupport groups throughout the area that provide information and Support to those curious about and wanting to follow a whole food, Plant-Based way of eating. The organization relies heavily on volunteers to provide Support and services
