Vivo Forto

Vivo-Forto's wishes to see that every citizen (beginning as early as infancy) on the planet flourish through mental practices such as mindfulness and laughter, combined with physical habits like exercise and the imbibing of healthy food. Parents and teachers play a pivotal role in bringing about this transformation for the next generation, and we hope to aim our efforts as much at teaching these "teachers" the skills and practices of a mindful life as the individuals themselves.
