The creation and maintenance of a sustainable agriculture demonstration farm to demonstrate the efficacy of sustainable agriculture practices and associated educational programs using the demonstration farm as an 'outdoor classroom.' this allows the foundation to increase public understanding of regional plant and crop varietals, and to expand the variety and availability of locally-grown organic foods. Local groups also visit to experience the natural environment, the farming way of life, and various exhibits maintained by the farm.
