With Helping HANDS Serving Nutritious Meals

The corporation is organized exclusively for education and charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the irs code of 1986, as amended. More specifically, the purposes for which the nonprofit corporation is formed are: (1) to provide Nutritious Meals for children in the community, children's settlement homes, adn children's recreational centers in low-income areas with large numbers of working mothers, and (2) to provide Nutritious meal along with enrichment activites for low income neighborhoods while offering a safe environment for children to receive a well balance meal.
