Hayti Facilities Corporation

To enhance the general welfare of residents of the city of Hayti by assisting in applying for and receiving grants and loans through the United States department of agriculture, rural development, or other funding sources. These funds will be used to purchase equipment and to acquire and/or construct buildings and other Facilities. The equipment, buildings, and Facilities will be leased without profit to the city of Hayti, missouri for municipal purposes.
