Vicksburg Housing Management and Development purpose is to provide Housing and community support to citizens of warren county and the state of mississippi that qualify as low-to-moderate income. Included in that purpose is the promotion of the understanding of an critical need for safe and sanitary hoursin; encouraging scholarship and research; stimulating effective instruction; promoting publications in the field of low income and public Housing; serving the professional interests of members organizations, both locally and nationally; fostering communication and exchange amoung governmental bodies and scholars and enhancing the public's understanding of Housing.
