To enhance our members' understanding of the ever-changing Environmental and toxic tort issues they face in their professions. Fetti was formed primarily to put on an annual two and half (2 1/2 day) conference in the fall in Chicago at the union league club for insurers, consultants, and attorneys who specialize in defending Environmental and toxic torts cases. The annual conference features approximately 20 speakers who present on a range of current and interesting topics covering toxic torts litigation, insurance coverage issues for Environmental and toxic tort claims, and state and National Environmental affecting business and insurers.
