To encourage Fraternal, educational, charitable and social activities among all active and retired law enforcement officers, law enforcement support staff, their families, and the surviving family of officers who lost their lives while in service, to create and maintain tradition of esprit de corps fidelity to duty under all conditions and circumstances; to culitivate a spirit of fraternalism and mutual helpfulness among our members and the people we serve; and above all to more firmly establish the confidence of the public in the service dedicated to the protection of life and property.
