Memory Keepers Foundation

Memory Keepers foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support for individuals with Alzheimer's and their caregivers. It was started in remembrance of clarita swift, who was tammy's mother, and one of many loved ones affected by Alzheimer's. After clarita's passing in february of 2014, tammy and her niece, kim swift, set out to find ways to assist other families going through the same thing as they had. In 2015, tammy's son, colton, joined them in creating what is now the Memory Keepers foundation.
