Urban BYCYCLE Food Ministry - DES Moines Inc

Urban Bicycle Food Ministry purchases and makes food, bottled water and collects other donated and personal care items and delivers to between 475 and 650 homeless or food insecure people every Thursday night, 52 weeks a year. We Served food and water to approximately 28,807 people in 2025. Each Thursday night we make and deliver to unhoused and food insecure persons on the streets of DES Moines, 900 fresh burritos, 460 meat sandwiches and 460 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. We also purchase 250 bananas Oranges, Granola bars and 500 bottles of water each week.
