Helping HANDS for gand, inc. was formed to promote and increase community awareness of gatad2b-associated neurodevelopmental disorder (gand) and the need for research and development of medical treatments for individuals with gand through the dissemination of information to the general public, to raise funds to support such activities, and to make grants, loans or other distributions for any of the purposes described in section 170(c)(1) or (2)(b) of the internal revenue code.
