To build and enhance the diverse geographic and demographic all-inclusive community of the research triangle park by providing its public participation in programs designed to provide societal and environmentally sound activities in the arts, education, recreation, celebration, and locally based human and social services in its efforts to increase awareness and knowledge for members of the general public whose livelihood rests in the success of the overall achievement objectives of the research triangle park in the district and in the state of north carolina.
