The basis of programming consists of community engagement and inclusion Our mentoring programming worked directly inside of at risk school programs such as the Rankin Promise With schools switching to virtual during the COVID19 Pandemic our programming was greatly effected causing loss in opportunities to work inside of school systems and one on one within our mentorship programs With the inability for programming we loss a great deal of opportunity to raise funds for the mentor Program that occurs inside of the school system and produce community events We are still recovering from the effects of the pandemic in trying to reorganize and produce programming and connections to provide a continuim of services
